Repeat the above process until all desired drives have been replaced with larger ones. On your Diskstation manager (DSM) go to Storage Manager>HDD/SSD. Then follow the steps of the wizard to finish. Select the replacement drive to add to the storage pool. Select the storage pool, click Repair from the Action drop-down menu. The status of your storage pool should be Degraded. Go to HDD/SSD to make sure the new drive is recognized. Note: To avoid harming yourself or damaging your Synology NAS, please follow the drive installation instructions found in the Hardware Installation Guide for your Synology product. Remove the smallest of the member drives and install a new, larger drive. (Skip this step if your Synology NAS supports hot-swapping.) I have DSM v6, so it looks like I just power off the Synology and replace the drive, then come back in and Repair. I think since Drive 1 is also experiencing some issues, I'm going to order another drive and replace that one. There just wasn't anyway to know which was busted. If I had just tried to replace Drive 4, then it would've been fine. I'm running a repair on the storage pool now to try to see if I can fix it.
